3. Service Description

Cofy provides a tool for professionals in the B2B industry to be able to send unlimited cold emails.

4. User Accounts

Users must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Engage in unauthorized access or hacking.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the service.
• Use the service for unlawful activities.
• Interfere with system operations or security.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cofy, MB is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Cofy.

7. Data & Privacy

User data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store personal health data externally.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Cofy at our discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Fair Usage Policy

We are committed to ensuring that Cofy remains stable, secure, and accessible to all our users. Fair usage means that your use of Cofy should not adversely affect the performance, availability, or security of the service for others.

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that your usage is excessive, abusive, or violates these Terms of Service, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to Cofy. Such measures may be taken with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation.
